NewWrld
Building the Operating System for an Independent Label

A flagship release cleared 1.2 million streams in its first 24 hours.
An ongoing build spanning brand, platform, and label operations from 2024 to 2026.
A data-intelligence platform, an automated video pipeline, and a data-ingesting onboarding funnel, all owned by the label.
Tracks become audio-reactive branded videos and upload to YouTube on a set schedule with no manual step.
NewWrld is an independent label competing against major-label distribution budgets and the tooling that comes with them. When we started, the label had ambition and a roster but none of the machinery a modern music business runs on. Signing decisions leaned on instinct. Release marketing was hand-assembled, one track at a time. Streaming and chart data sat in distributor exports that nobody had time to read.
Independent labels lose in the margins that data closes. A major can pull performance numbers across a catalog in an afternoon and price a deal against them. NewWrld was flying without that instrument panel: making offers, planning releases, and building videos on manual effort that did not compound.
The label did not need a logo and a website. It needed the infrastructure a label runs on: a brand that held up next to majors, a platform artists could sign into, and systems that turned raw streaming data into decisions and marketing output without a person in the loop.
THE ASCENT.
Not a campaign. A system: designed, built, and handed over with the keys.
Brand and Artist Platform
We built NewWrld a full brand identity and the artist-facing platform it lives on. The platform is the front door for the roster and the surface where the label's data systems connect to the people they serve. The identity was built to stand next to major-label releases and to scale across every artist the label signs.
Streaming-Data Intelligence Engine
We built a custom data platform that ingests distributor and chart data and turns it into decisions. It powers dashboards, side-by-side deal comparisons, and branded PDF deal reports the label uses when it sits across from an artist. Signing conversations that once ran on instinct now run on the numbers. The label prices offers against real performance instead of guessing at it.
Automated Video Pipeline
We built an automated pipeline that turns a track into an audio-reactive branded video and uploads it to YouTube on a schedule. What was manual, per-release effort is now a system. Every track the label puts out becomes video output on its own, with the label's identity baked in, without a person opening an editor.
Data-Ingesting Onboarding Funnel
We built the artist onboarding funnel so it ingests streaming data during signup itself. From the first moment an artist enters the system, their numbers flow into the same intelligence platform that prices deals. Onboarding is not a form. It is the first read of the data that runs every decision downstream.
A flagship launch on the new platform cleared 1.2 million streams on its first day. That number is the visible result. The engagement running underneath it is what changes how the label operates. NewWrld signs artists against real streaming data, markets releases through an automated video pipeline, and reads every new artist's numbers from the moment they onboard.
None of this is rented. The label owns its brand, its platform, and the three systems that run its business: the data-intelligence engine, the video pipeline, and the onboarding funnel. Every release feeds the same infrastructure and makes the next decision sharper. NewWrld came to us as a label with a roster. It runs now on machinery it owns outright, built to compound as it grows.
